Privacy Policy
Last updated October 2026. Alienbred LLC (“we”, “us”) runs alienbred.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Visit statistics: when you browse the site we count the visit using your IP address and the pages you view. We look up the approximate city, region and country of that IP address with a location service (ipwho.is) so we can understand where visitors come from. Visit details are kept for about three months and are not used to identify you personally.
- Order details: name, email, shipping address, phone number (optional) and what you bought.
- Your email address and name if you tick the box at checkout or use our sign-up pop-up to receive news, updates and a welcome discount code.
- Messages you send through our contact form.
- Cookies: a session cookie that keeps your cart and a cookie that remembers your cookie choice (both essential). Only if you click Accept, and only if we have turned them on, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel set analytics and advertising cookies.
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited).
We never see or store your card number. Payments are handled by PayPal or Stripe, or sent by you directly through Venmo, Cash App or Zelle.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your order, including emails about your order and tracking.
- To send newsletters, only if you opted in. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
- To prevent fraud, keep the site secure and meet legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the store: PayPal and Stripe (payments), USPS and tracking providers such as 17track (shipping and tracking), Mailchimp or Brevo (newsletters, if you opted in), our web host, Google Fonts (font delivery), and an address-search service that receives the address text you type at checkout. If enabled, hCaptcha checks that forms are completed by people and receives your IP address for that purpose. We do not sell your personal information.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes. To see, correct or delete your information, or to be removed from our mailing list, email admin@alienbred.com. California and other state residents may have additional rights, and you can use the same email to exercise them.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
